Work In Progress Seminar on Digital Constitutionalism

The Chair is happy to invite you to its first Work in Progress Seminar on Digital Constitutionalism.
This seminar will provide an opportunity to discuss the paper written by Professor Guillaume Tusseau entitled ‘Taking Chaos Seriously: From Analog to Digital Constitutionalism(s)’ (draft attached)
Prof. Guillaume Tusseau will discuss efforts to protect fundamental rights and limiting power online, and guide us in a deconstructive exercise to read the shift from the analog to the digital sphere (full abstract in the flyer attached).
This discussion will also be the occasion for a fruitful exchange about the research on “Blockchain Constitutionalism” carried out by the BlockchainGov team led by Primavera de Filippi (Paris 2, Harvard).
